Shop Policies
RETURNED MAIL DUE TO DELIVERY OR ADDRESS ERROR
Please note that addresses should be confirmed prior to completing payment as this is where the package will ship to. Dream Designs LLC is not responsible for any misdeliveries, packages that are undeliverable due to address issues, and postal service errors.
If the package is returned to the sender, the buyer is responsible for reshipping fees. I will contact you to reconfirm the address and collect any additional shipping charges.
If the package is taken after delivery is confirmed, please contact, and file a claim with your local post office for the package costs.
DAMAGES, RETURNS, & REFUNDS
Unfortunately, returns are not currently accepted. All products are wrapped with care and packaged very well. However, on rare occasions, breakages may happen during transit. If this happens a claim can be filed with the postal service for the package costs. If any damage should occur or you are unsatisfied with any aspect of your order, please contact support@shopdreamdesigns.com for further assistance.
MISSING/WRONG ITEMS
If you have received the wrong item or are missing an item, please contact support@shopdreamdesigns.com within 48 hours of receiving your package.
